In close collaboration between the Slovenian manufacturer AREX d.o.o. and WAIMEX as the general importer for Germany starting in 2024, the new AREX semi-automatic pistol ALPHA WFORCE1 has succeeded in developing a full steel large caliber sport pistol that the market has long awaited.

The unusual appearance in a matte "Stainless Steel" look, the sleek design, the high standard of workmanship, the impeccable fit of the components, and not least the good price-performance ratio clearly distinguish the AREX ALPHA WFORCE1 from the competition. Conceptually modern, the pistol can be used in many large caliber pistol disciplines. The single-action trigger and the clear, completely black sighting system emphasize the sporty use of the WFORCE1. For certain "Optic" short firearm disciplines, the rear sight can be removed and replaced with mounting plates to directly mount common compact "Red Dot" sights on the slide. The optimal, solid hand position is supported by the extended beavertail on the grip, the ergonomic aluminum grip panels with the distinctive logo, the checkering on the front of the grip, and not least the pleasant weight distribution of the pistol. A manual thumb safety is installed on both sides of the grip, allowing the WFORCE1 to be carried cocked and locked. Safety is additionally ensured by a passive firing pin safety.

Left-handed users have not been forgotten: The enlarged magazine release button can be operated on both the left and right sides without modification. The WFORCE1 comes standard with 20-round magazines that feature an extended magazine base. To save weight and potentially allow the use of flat 18-round magazines from the AREX models ZERO 1 or 2, the WFORCE1 deliberately does not include a separate magazine funnel. The entrance to the magazine well of the WFORCE1 has been generously shaped to facilitate reloading. Undoubtedly, the AREX ALPHA WFORCE1 is one of the most interesting "all-round" large caliber sport pistols introduced in recent years.

In enger Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem slowenischen Hersteller AREX d.o.o. und WAIMEX als Generalimporteur für Deutschland ab 2024 ist es mit der neuen AREX-Selbstladepistole ALPHA WFORCE1 gelungen, eine Ganzstahl-Großkaliber-Sportpistole zu entwickeln, auf die der Markt lange gewartet hat.

Das ungewöhnliche Erscheinungsbild im matten „Stainless Steel“-Look, das schnittige Design, der hohe Verarbeitungsstandard, die tadellose Passgenauigkeit der Komponenten und nicht zuletzt das gute Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis heben die AREX ALPHA WFORCE1 deutlich von der Konkurrenz ab. Konzeptionell modern ausgeführt kann die Pistole in vielen Großkaliber-Pistolendisziplinen eingesetzt werden. Der Single-Action Abzug und die klare, komplett in schwarz gehaltene Visierung unterstreichen die sportliche Verwendung der WFORCE1. Für bestimmte „Optik“-Kurzwaffen-Disziplinen kann die Kimme entfernt und gegen Montageplatten ersetzt werden, um gängige, kompakte „Red Dot“ Sights direkt auf dem Verschluss zu montieren. Die optimale, satte Handlage wird durch das verlängerte Beavertail am Gri stück, die ergonomischen Aluminum-Griffschalen mit dem prägnanten Logo, das Checkering auf der Griffstück-Vorderseite und nicht zuletzt die angenehme Gewichtsverteilung der Pistole unterstützt. Beidseitig am Griffstück ist eine manuelle Daumensicherung angebracht, so dass die WFORCE1 gespannt und gesichert („Cocked and Locked“) geführt werden kann. Die Sicherheit wird zusätzlich durch eine passive Zündstiftsicherung gewährleistet.

Auch Linkshänder wurden nicht vergessen: Der vergrößerte Magazinhalteknopf kann ohne Modifikation sowohl links-, als auch rechtsseitig bedient werden. Die WFORCE1 kommt standardmäßig mit 20-Schuss-Magazinen, die über einen verlängerten Magazinboden verfügen, zur Auslieferung. Um Gewicht zu sparen und gegebenenfalls die Verwendung flacher 18-Schuss-Magazine der AREX Modelle ZERO 1 bzw. 2 zu ermöglichen, wurde bei der WFORCE1 bewusst auf einen separaten Magazintrichter verzichtet. Der Eingang zum Magazinschacht der WFORCE1 wurde großzügig angefasst, um das Nachladen zu erleichtern. Zweifellos handelt es sich bei der AREX ALPHA WFORCE1 um eine der interessantesten „Allround“-Großkaliber-Sportpistolen, die in den letzten Jahren vorgestellt worden ist.
