It comes from the Brazilian arms manufacturer Taurus and was specifically designed for sport shooters and training. This weapon is characterized by high precision and low recoil. The Taurus 96 is a solid, precise .22lr revolver that has proven to be an affordable alternative to more expensive models. Especially in the 80s and 90s, it was a popular choice for sport shooters. The Taurus was imported by the company Hämmerli and received its proof in 1985 in Ulm.
