The optical system
With a light transmission of 90%, the Conquest HDX 8x32 delivers bright and true-to-nature images without color fringes and casts even in problematic lighting conditions. This is thanks to the Zeiss T* multi-coating of the lenses and the roof prism. Aspherical lenses and ED glass (Extra-Low-Dispersion) significantly reduce chromatic aberration. The field-flattener technology ensures high edge sharpness with detailed results across the entire field of view. The Conquest HDX 8x32 has the largest field of view in the HDX family at 140 m, making it particularly suitable for stalking.

Material and workmanship
The housing of the Conquest HDX 8x32 is made of a magnesium alloy and is 2% lighter than the corresponding model in the HD series. Its full rubber armor provides additional protection; it is waterproof, shockproof, and temperature-resistant. The hydrophobic LouTec coating on the lenses causes moisture to bead off and prevents dirt from sticking. The binoculars are filled with nitrogen to prevent internal fogging.
