The gray housing gives the Terra ED 8x32 from Zeiss a technical appearance. Elegant in black are the grip areas, the eyecups, and the focusing wheel. The binoculars represent a very good compromise between full-size and pocket format in their dimensions. The Terra ED 8x32 is robust, reliable, and user-friendly. Its slim design makes it pleasant to hold and reduces its weight. The precise optics and the water-repellent multi-coating of the lenses provide brilliant, high-contrast, and detailed images, even in rainy weather. The "ED" in the name of this binocular series stands for "Extra-Low-Dispersion." This refers to a fluorine-rich glass melt from which lenses are made that effectively compensate for chromatic aberration. With its ED lenses, the Terra binoculars deliver exceptionally high-contrast, detailed, color-accurate, and three-dimensional images.
