Denn das hochwirksame OC-Pfefferpulver entfaltet sich erst beim Aufprall am Ziel. Der Schütze minimiert so das Risiko, durch den Strahl eines Sprays selbst getroffen zu werden. Der Wirkstoff führt beim Angreifer zu vorübergehender Beeinträchtigung der Sicht und einer Störung der Atemwege und setzt ihn so zuverlässig außer Gefecht.
