They are available in all possible thread sizes and are adaptable for many applications due to their design. Typically, these are glued with thread lock, but use without adhesive is also easily possible. The thoughtful design allows for very simple adapter changes with the appropriate hexagon (hexagon size 10 for threads up to 14mm, hexagon size 12 for threads from 15mm).
This way, the thread of the silencer can always be adjusted to the weapon. This adapter change is still possible even if it has been glued. To do this, the thread lock must be heated and then unscrewed with the hex key.
Der Roedale Gewindeadapter Basis M18x1 ist ein präzise und hochwertig gefertigter Basisadapter aus Edelstahl, der Schalldämpfern mit M18x1-Basis hohe Flexibilität für unterschiedliche Laufgewinde verschafft. Durch das Einsetzen des Adapters in den Dämpfer wird das gewählte Gewinde als neues Grundgewinde ausgelegt. So wird aus dem M18x1 Gewinde des Schalldämpfers beispielsweise ein M15x1 Gewinde.
Die Adapter sind stabil gearbeitet und können üblicherweise mit Schraubensicherung in den Dämpfer eingeklebt oder auch ohne Kleber eingesetzt werden. Dazu wird ein passender Sechskantschlüssel benötigt.
