The challenge for our training shoe is the combination of a lightweight running shoe, a stable platform for lifting, and the necessary durability for battle ropes. The first generation of the Recon Trainers was specifically aimed at these requirements. Now we have revised and redesigned one of our most popular shoes. We have expanded the stabilizing elements, modified an Ortholite insole for improved cushioning, and extended the reinforcements for rope climbing.
