The .300 Win. Mag. is suitable for any medium to large game. It is a true all-round cartridge with sufficient power for "plains game" or other forms of demanding hunting of hard-to-hit game. It extends the effective range of the .30-06 Springfield - shots well beyond the 300 m mark are certainly possible. Introduced in 1963, the Magnum has become a success story worldwide. The effectiveness advantage of the new lead-free EVOLUTION GREEN bullet lies in its outstanding responsiveness, achieved through a multi-hole design of the front tin core, as well as the Speed-Tip bullet tip for convincing instant impact. This results in significantly shorter escape distances and less tracking for the hunter. Even at long shooting distances, the EVOLUTION GREEN bullet delivers convincing killing power. The effect of decreasing deformation readiness at long distances is less pronounced with the EVO GREEN bullet due to an intelligent bullet construction compared to conventional designs. An optimized bullet shape (high BC) and the Speed-Tip bullet tip ensure a flat trajectory with high speed and energy.
