With the new Primus Winter Gas, liquid gas can be used efficiently down to -22°C.

Liquid gas evaporates less effectively the colder it gets. Primus 'Winter Gas' solves this problem and improves performance at temperatures down to -22°C. After 60 minutes of cooking time, a 'Winter Gas' cartridge delivers about 9% more performance than a conventional cartridge. After 120 minutes, the performance advantage increases to 15%.

This is achieved with the Vapour Mesh built into the cartridge. A simple but effective invention inside the cartridge: Vapour Mesh consists of absorbent paper and increases the surface area for the evaporation process. This allows the liquid gas to change its state from liquid to gas more effectively and quickly.

Mit dem neuen Primus Winter Gas kann Flüssiggas effizient bis zu –22°C genutzt werden.

Flüssiggas verdampft immer schlechter, je kälter es wird. Primus 'Winter Gas' löst dieses Problem und verbessert die Leistung bei Temperaturen bis zu - 22 °C. Nach 60 Minuten Kochzeit liefert eine 'Winter Gas'-Kartusche ungefähr 9 % mehr Leistung als eine herkömmliche Kartusche. Nach 120 Minuten steigt der Leistungsvorteil auf 15 %.

Erreicht wird dies mit dem, in die Kartusche eingebauten, Vapour Mesh. Eine simple, aber wirksame Erfindung im Inneren der Kartusche: Vapour Meshbesteht aus saugfähigem Papier und vergrößert die Oberfläche für den Verdampfungsvorgang. Dadurch kann das Flüssiggas seinen Aggregatzustand besser und schneller von flüssig zu gasförmig wechseln.
