Knitted with terry loops to bind as much air as possible. The material was developed in the 1970s together with the Swedish army, researchers, doctors, and survival experts in Östersund. Due to the high air content of 80% in the sock material, it achieves high insulation capacity while maintaining almost 100% breathability.

Das Material wurde in den 1970er Jahren zusammen mit der schwedischen Armee, Forschern, Ärzten und Überlebensexperten in Östersund entwickelt. Durch den hohen Luftanteil von 80 % im Sockenmaterial entsteht das hohe Isolationsvermögen bei fast 100 %-iger Atmungsfähigkeit.
