The Tourniquet Holder ES is designed to securely attach a tourniquet or similarly sized items, such as a smoke grenade or a right-angle flashlight, to PAL or MOLLE loops. As an additional function, the Tourniquet Holder ES can be fixed to regular belts and straps with Velcro, so that after the item is removed, the Tourniquet Holder ES remains securely on the equipment.
