The Capucin is considered one of the oldest knife forms in France and originally comes from the Pyrenees. The Capucin Olive from the Claude Dozorme manufactory in Thiers is a puristic and handcrafted folding knife without a locking mechanism. The 9.5-centimeter long blade with an 8.5-centimeter cutting edge is made of X50CrMoV15 steel and is opened with a nail nick. The blade action of the Capucin Olive can be adjusted with the included key. The handle scales, made from a solid and beautifully grained piece of olive wood, feel very comfortable in the hand. An elegant picnic knife for the French moments in life.

Das Capucin gilt als eine der ältesten Messerformen Frankreichs und stammt ursprünglich aus den Pyrenäen. Das Capucin Olive der Manufaktur Claude Dozorme in Thiers ist ein puristisches und handgefertigtes Klappmesser ohne Arretierung. Die 9,5 Zentimeter lange Klinge mit einer 8,5 Zentimeter langen Schneide besteht aus X50CrMoV15 Stahl und wird per Nagelhau geöffnet. Der Klingengang des Capucin Olive kann mit Hilfe des mitgelieferten Schlüssels eingestellt werden. Die aus einem massiven und sehr schön gemaserten Stück Olivenholz gearbeitete Griffschale liegt sehr angenehm in der Hand. Ein elegantes Brotzeitmesser für die französischen Momente im Leben.
