Create data export with Shopify for Gunfinder

Here you’ll learn how to easily create a product data export for Gunfinder using Shopify.
At the end of the process, you’ll get a URL (a link) that you can send to us by email. We’ll then make sure your products are found on Gunfinder.

A product export is very quick to create with Shopify and usually only takes a few minutes. Below, we’ll guide you step by step through the process.

First, please open the admin interface of your Shopify shop.

Install app

To export your product data, your Shopify shop needs an app from the Shopify App Store that processes the data and converts it into a format readable for us.

If you already have an app installed that generates a data feed for Google Shopping, you can simply send us the URL to this feed and don’t need to do anything else.

If you don’t have such an app installed yet, please install the Feedoptimise Products Exporter app from the Shopify App Store.

Configure Data Feed

After successful installation, the data feed configuration is either opened directly or you can find it in the left main menu.

Fortunately, all default settings of this app are already correct, so you just need to save them.

Create Data Feed

On the following page, there are a few more settings, but for our purposes, you can simply leave them at the default values.
Please start the feed generation by setting the On/Off toggle to Enabled.

Once you have done this, the URL for the data feed will be generated. This usually takes up to 10 seconds. As soon as the URL appears, you can copy it and send it to us by email.
