Create data export with Shopware 6 for Gunfinder
Here you’ll learn how to easily create a product data export for Gunfinder with Shopware 6. At the end of the process, you’ll get a URL (a link) that you can send to us by email. We’ll then make sure your products are found on Gunfinder.
A product export with Shopware 6 is very quick to create and usually takes just a few minutes. Below, we’ll guide you step by step through the process.

First, please open the administration interface of your Shopware 6 shop.
Dynamic Product Group
On the left side in the main menu, you see the menu item Catalog. Hover your mouse over it and click on Dynamic Product Groups in the submenu.
In the following overview, please select Create Product Group at the top right.
In the following form, you can now select which of your products should be transferred to Gunfinder. But first, please give the product group a name. Something like “Products for Gunfinder” is recommended.
In the Conditions section, you can then choose in detail which products Gunfinder should receive. You must select at least one condition. It’s best to select all products that are currently active in your shop here.
Then please click Save at the top right.
Create sales channel
Next, create a new sales channel. To do this, please click the small plus icon to the right of Sales channels in the main menu on the left.
A selection will then appear where you should choose Product comparison by clicking Create sales channel to the right of it.
Basic Settings
Please select Google Shopping under Template. In the Name field, you can enter, for example, “Gunfinder”.
Payment and Shipping
These settings are not relevant for Gunfinder. So you can simply select the 1st option “Line by line” here, for example.
Storefront Sales Channel
Please select your shop as the Storefront Sales Channel here, which includes all products. Usually, this is simply called Onlineshop.
For the Storefront domain, you can choose your shop’s domain. Please make sure that https:// is in front of the domain name. For example, https://www.dein-waffen-shop.de
All other settings should be self-explanatory from here.
Product Export
Here you can simply keep the pre-filled settings and don’t have to change anything.
The only thing is in the last field Dynamic Product Group, please select the product group you just created.
Status
To create the data export, please check Active here.
In the next step, please click Save at the top right.
After successfully saving, you can scroll down a bit until you reach the API Access section. Please now copy the URL in the Export URL field and send it to us by email.
