Creating a Data Export with Shopware 5 for Gunfinder

Here you'll learn how to easily create a product data export for Gunfinder using Shopware 5. At the end of the process, you'll get a URL (a link) which you can email to us. We'll make sure your products are listed on Gunfinder.

Setting up a product export in Shopware 5 is quick and usually only takes a few minutes. Below, we'll walk you through the process step by step.

First, open the admin area of your Shopware 5 store.

In the main menu at the top, click Marketing and select Product exports from the dropdown menu.

The next screen will show you an overview of all existing exports. Since we can simply connect to the export for Google Shopping, duplicate the Google feed by clicking the copy icon to the right of Export Google Produktsuche XML.

In the next step, Shopware has already done most of the work for you.
Just fill out the Title, Shop, and Active fields. For example, you can use “Gunfinder Export” as the title. If you'd like to make further restrictions, like choosing which products are sent to Gunfinder, you can set that here as well.

Now click “Save and close” at the bottom right. You'll be taken back to the previous view.

At the very bottom of the list, you'll now see the new export for Gunfinder.
For the final step, click the arrow icon to the right of the Gunfinder export. A new window will open. You might not see anything useful in this window, or it may show confusing information. Don't worry.
All we need here is the URL from the address bar at the top of your browser. Just copy it and send it to us by email.
