Creating a Data Export with Shopware 5 for Gunfinder

Here you'll learn how to easily create a product data export for Gunfinder using Shopware 5. At the end of the process you'll get a URL (a link) that you can send us by email. We'll then make sure your products can be found on Gunfinder.

A product export in Shopware 5 is created very quickly and usually only takes a few minutes. In the following steps, we'll guide you through the process step by step.

First, please open the admin panel of your Shopware 5 shop.

Creating a Product Export

Please click on Marketing in the top main menu and select Product Exports from the dropdown menu.

The next screen gives you an overview of all existing exports. Since we can easily connect to the Google Shopping export, please duplicate the Google Feed by clicking the copy icon to the right of Export Google Product Search XML.

In the next step, Shopware has already done almost everything for you.
Please just fill in the Title, Shop, and Active fields. A good title would be, for example, "Gunfinder Export". If you'd like to apply further restrictions, such as exactly which products should be transmitted to Gunfinder, you can of course do that here as well.

Then please click "Save and close" in the bottom right. You will now be taken back to the previous view.

At the very bottom of the list you'll now find the new export for Gunfinder.
In the last step, please click the arrow icon to the right of the Gunfinder export. A new window will then open. This window may show nothing at all, or it may display some seemingly incomprehensible information. Don't be alarmed.
All we need here is the URL shown in the address bar at the top of your browser. Please copy it and send it to us by email.
