The oil stones are quarried from the rock in the Ouachita Mountains/Arkansas. The unique structure of Novaculite ensures that Arkansas oil stones are extremely wear-resistant with their grits and, unlike other wet grinding stones, never need to be dressed or flattened. Perfect for sharpening knives and other tools. The small handy sharpening stone is delivered in a plastic case. Delivery without holder.
