Year-round applicable, natural protection against wildlife browsing in deciduous and coniferous wood, vine, hop, and field crops as well as rapeseed, corn, soybean, and sunflower cultivation. Also approved as a rubbing and peeling protection agent in forestry. Trico is thus the only universal agent against browsing, rubbing, and peeling. Ready to use, sprayable, weather-resistant, long-lasting, and excellently plant-compatible (causes no damage even on young shoots and elongated buds). According to FSC, the application in FSC-certified operations is permitted. No special permits or notification to the responsible certifier are required. The application is carried out using a spraying method. The active ingredient Schaffett remains weather-resistant on the plant due to a bonding agent. The white color additive serves for the temporary marking of the treated plants and nearly disappears after a few weeks. Application rates in forestry: against browsing approximately 4l/1000 plants or 10–20l/ha. Against rubbing up to 10l/1000 plants or 20l/ha. Against peeling up to 100l/1000 trees or 20l/ha. Auch als Fege- und Schälschutzmittel im Forst zugelassen. Trico ist damit das einzige Universalmittel gegen Verbiss, Fegen und Schälen. Gebrauchsfertig, spritzbar, witterungsbeständig, lange wirksam, hervorragend pflanzenverträglich (verursacht auch auf Jungtrieben und gestreckten Knospen keine Schäden). Gemäß FSC ist die Anwendung in FSC-zertifizierten Betrieben erlaubt. Ausnahmegenehmigungen oder eine Anzeige beim zuständigen Zertifizierer sind nicht erforderlich. Die Anwendung erfolgt im Spritzverfahren. Der Wirkstoff Schaffett verbleibt durch ein Haftmittel witterungsbeständig auf der Pflanze. Der weiße Farbzusatz dient der kurzzeitigen Markierung der behandelten Pflanzen und verschwindet nach einigen Wochen nahezu. Aufwandmengen im Forst: gegen Verbiss ca. 4l/1000 Pflanzen bzw. 10–20l/ha.
