The bolt is based on the system of the military Beretta assault rifles, with the highest load capacity and reliability being top priorities here.
The true straight-pull bolt uses a rotating bolt head with 8 stable lugs for standard calibers and 16 lugs arranged in double rows for magnum calibers.
This bolt system (both standard and magnum versions) has successfully passed the most extreme NATO load and pressure tests. The gas pressure tests common in military weapons, some with additional barrel obstructions, are significantly more demanding than in purely civilian contexts.
