The Stock
The Mauser M18 Standard rifle features a one-piece stock made of anthracite-colored polymer. Polymer is an extremely durable plastic that can be used without hesitation in all hunting situations. The steep pistol grip is ergonomically designed to keep the shooting hand relaxed at all times. It and the fore-end feature tactile soft grip inlays in black, ensuring a secure grip even in wet weather and with gloves. A special feature is the storage compartment in the buttstock, which is closed with the butt plate that can be removed without tools.

Der Schaft
Die Mauser M18 Standard-Büchse hat einen einteiligen Schaft aus anthrazitfarbenem Polymer. Polymer ist ein äußerst strapazierfähiger Kunststoff, der in allen Jagdsituationen bedenkenlos eingesetzt werden kann. Der steile Pistolengriff ist ergonomisch so ausgelegt, dass die Schusshand stets entspannt bleibt. An ihm und an dem Vorderschaft befinden sich haptisch angenehme Softgrip-Inlays in Schwarz, die auch bei nassem Wetter und mit Handschuhen einen sicheren Griff gewährleisten. Ein besonderes Feature ist der Stauraum am Hinterschaft. Er wird mit der Schaftkappe, die ohne Werkzeug abnehmbar ist, verschlossen.
