The Stock
The Mauser M18 Standard rifle features a one-piece stock made of anthracite-colored polymer. Polymer is an extremely durable plastic that can be used without hesitation in all hunting situations. The steep pistol grip is ergonomically designed to keep the shooting hand relaxed at all times. It and the fore-end feature tactile soft grip inlays in black, ensuring a secure grip even in wet weather and with gloves. A special feature is the storage compartment in the buttstock, which is closed with the butt plate that can be removed without tools.

The System
The system of the Mauser 18 Standard ensures smooth cycling. The three-lug locking mechanism provides secure handling. This has allowed the chamber opening angle to be reduced to 60 degrees. The 3-position trigger safety can be operated silently. The dry-standing direct trigger is infinitely adjustable between 1,000 g and 2,000 g trigger weight. The removable double-row magazine has a capacity of 5 cartridges.

The Barrel
The barrel of the Mauser M18 Standard is made of cold-forged steel and is corrosion-resistant with a black finish. The muzzle diameter of the barrel is 17 mm, it is without sights, has an M15x1 muzzle thread, and its length for this version in standard caliber is 51 cm.
