Tuned to the wide range of applications, the SPEED TIP PROFESSIONAL bullet is a partial disintegrator with a 2-core structure made of lead, based on the proven H-jacket principle. The slightly softer, quickly responding front core of the bullet has a longitudinal bore that is closed with a plastic tip. Upon impact, the plastic tip pushes into the longitudinal bore and causes the rapid expansion of the bullet. The front core disintegrates in the game body and forms fragments that lead to large-area internal injuries. This results in a high instantaneous effect and short escape distances. The penetrating, harder rear core is made of alloyed, hardened lead. The nickel-plated flow steel jacket additionally ensures high shape stability of the remaining body and guarantees a safe exit with a blood trail even with larger game!

Auf weite Distanzen spricht das SPEED TIP PROFESSIONAL noch sehr zuverlässig an und bringt auch ausreichend Energie ins Ziel. Die Schock- und Stoppwirkung ist somit gewährleistet auch bei kurzen Gewehrläufen.
Die aerodynamische Geschossform des RWS SPEED TIP PROFESSIONAL für Short Rifle endet vorne mit der Speed-Tip-Geschossspitze, die für geringen Luftwiderstand, einer hohen Rasanz und damit eine extrem gestreckte Flugbahn verspricht. Hinten mündet die Geschossform in einem V-Tail-Heck, welches ebenfalls für optimale Präzision und Flugstabilität auf weite Distanzen sorgt. Überragende Long Range Tauglichkeit belegen unter anderem die Seifenbeschüsse auf eine Distanz bis 300m. Hier spricht das SPEED TIP PROFESSIONAL im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Teilmantelgeschossen immer noch schnell an und zeigt höchste Wirksamkeit.
Abgestimmt auf das breite Einsatzspektrum ist das SPEED TIP PROFESSIONAL Geschoss ein Teilzerleger mit einem 2-Kern-Aufbau aus Blei, basierend auf dem bewährten H-Mantel-Prinzip. Der etwas weichere, schnell ansprechende Frontkern des Geschosses besitzt eine Längsbohrung, die mit einer Kunststoffspitze verschlossen ist. Beim Auftreffen schiebt sich die Kunststoffspitze in die Längsbohrung und bewirkt die schnelle Expansion des Geschosses. Der Frontkern zerlegt sich im Wildkörper und bildet Fragmente, die zu großflächigen inneren Verletzungen führen. Das bewirkt eine hohe Augenblickswirkung und kurze Fluchtdistanzen. Der durchschlagsstarke, härtere Heckkern besteht aus legiertem, gehärteten Blei. Der vernickelte Flussstahlmantel sorgt zusätzlich für eine hohe Formstabilität des Restkörpers und stellt auch bei stärkerem Wild einen sicheren Ausschuss mit Schweißfährte sicher!
