The carefully developed H.C.S. (hand cocking system) is equipped with a functional cocking lever. With minimal effort, the new SM 12 can be cocked and just as easily uncocked. The new combination trigger, equipped with a gold-colored blade, can be used both as a fine trigger and with a set trigger, and it automatically disengages when uncocking the weapon.
The barrel, manufactured using the cold hammer forging process and optimized by O.B.P. (optimized barrel profile), guarantees consistently excellent shooting performance and harmoniously integrates into the overall appearance of the weapon.
The new SX stocks for the Steyr Mannlicher SM 12 SX combine ergonomic design with maximum durability. Polymer inlays ensure a secure grip, even under the most adverse conditions. Full aluminum bedding and the latest plastics make the SX models robust weapons with maximum torsional rigidity. Perfected for use with a bipod.
