DeeR Nip è una miscela unica di ingredienti utilizzata per attrarre i cervi stimolando il loro enorme appetito attraverso l'olfatto. Poiché è un attrattivo alimentare, questo prodotto è efficace tutto l'anno.
La sua dolce fragranza aromatica viene diffusa su lunghe distanze, sino 100 metri, e attrae sia i maschi che le femmine. Il prodotto è stato originariamente sviluppato da un cacciatore per attirare procioni e volpi alle trappole, ma non è stato in grado di utilizzarlo in questa forma originale perché il cervo continuava a far scattare le sue trappole.
Abbiamo testato sul campo questo prodotto per due anni prima di introdurlo come DeeR Nip nell'autunno del 1994. Questo è il miglior attrattivo del suo tipo sul mercato oggi. Applicare DeeR Nip nella sua forma di pasta su uno stoppino profumato o un piccolo pezzo di stoffa sottile (4"x4") da appendere a un ramo di un albero nel prorpio sito di caccia, prestando molta attenzione alla direzione del vento mentre viene trasportato dalle correnti d'aria. Dopo la caccia, mettere lo stoppino in un sacchetto con chiusura lampo fino a quando non si andrà di nuovo a caccia.
Questo metodo rende il prodotto riutilizzabile e quindi adatto ai cacciatori. E' possibile anche applicare DeeR Nip ai lati degli alberi, sulle foglie o sull'erba alta nell'area di caccia. Gli stoppini o gli alberi possono essere rinfrescati tra una caccia e l'altra
