Whether a general question or a specific concern about a listing – you’ll quickly find the right answer. Here’s how to proceed.

General Questions

If you want to know how to use Gunfinder in detail, you have two options:

1. Use the search field in the Help Center. Enter a keyword, and we will show you the relevant help articles.
2. Browse the topics. Select the topic that interests you (e.g. Safety) to see all related posts.

Help with a specific listing

1. In the listing description: Most of the important questions are usually already answered there.
2. Ask the seller: If your question isn’t answered, click Contact seller and ask directly.
3. Ask the shop: For a listing from an external shop, click “Buy at Shop-Name” (e.g. “Buy at Frankonia”) – we’ll redirect you.
