What is Gunfinder?
Gunfinder is marketplace and search engine combined for hunters and sport shooters. Started in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Gunfinder is now available in several countries and languages.
As a marketplace, private and commercial sellers can offer firearms and accessories. Buyers contact them directly and complete the purchase between themselves.
As a search engine, Gunfinder also searches relevant dealers, marketplaces and online shops and clearly displays the best offers. This way you find the right offer across platforms at the best price.
How does Gunfinder work?
- Buyers compare all listings by price, availability, and condition.
- Sellers create listings for free on the marketplace and reach a large community.
- Gunfinder itself does not sell or ship firearms but acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers.
Extensive Filters
To help you find the right thing quickly, plenty of filters are available:
- Price
- Condition (new or used)
- Offer type (buy it now or auction)
- Purchase eligibility
- Dealer location
- Caliber
- Seller
This way, you can customize the search individually and specifically limit it to certain shops or marketplaces.
For Dealers and Manufacturers
Dealers present their products through an official Gunfinder profile to a wide audience. Manufacturers without direct sales can integrate Gunfinder as a search window on their website, so customers can see directly where to buy the product.
Does Gunfinder have anything to do with shipping firearms?
Gunfinder only connects you, but does not organise or pay for shipping.
- For private sales, the seller is responsible for safe, legal shipping.
- Dealers ship to the agreed address.
- An exception is the buyback service in Germany: if you sell a firearm through the buyback, we handle the transport.
