Buy It Now for Buyers

You've spotted a great deal and don't want to risk someone beating you to it? Then use the Buy Now feature. Whether it's an auction or a classifieds listing – if the seller has enabled it, you can buy directly and with commitment.

What is "Buy Now"?

With "Buy Now" you purchase an item directly – without waiting for an auction to end or negotiating back and forth on a classifieds listing. Your purchase intent is binding on your end. The seller then confirms the purchase in the system; the deal is only finalized once they confirm.

Where is "Buy Now" available?

The feature is available for auctions and classifieds listings – provided the seller has activated it. Look for the corresponding button on the item page.

How the purchase works

1. Find a listing: Use search and filters to find Buy Now items.
2. Click the button: Click Buy Now on the item page.
3. Enter your details: Enter your billing and delivery address and complete the request.
4. Confirmation: The seller has 48 hours to confirm your request.
5. Chat: A chat with the seller starts immediately after you submit. Use it to sort out everything else – from bank details to shipping and proof of eligibility, if required.

Payment and shipping are handled directly between you and the seller – Gunfinder is not involved.

Things to keep in mind

• Binding commitment: Clicking "Buy Now" is a binding declaration of intent to purchase – so think it through carefully.
