The .308 Win. was introduced to the market in 1952 as a hunting and shooting cartridge. Its strength lies in its great versatility and very gentle shooting characteristics, making it suitable for virtually all types of European ungulates.

La GECO Plus offre una tecnologia del proiettile estremamente precisa, di ultima generazione. La tecnologia GECO-Bonding significa una saldatura molto fissa tra il nucleo e il mantello della palla. La GECO Plus si deforma quindi quasi senza frammentazione e riesce ad abbattere efficacemente animali di grossa taglia, con impatto su parti ossee. Il legame molto fisso tra nucleo e mantello assicura anche che nella carne non resti quasi alcun residuo. L’efficace espansione della palla viene ottenuta grazie a punti di rottura programmati, visibili all’esterno sulla camiciatura.
