Da un punto di vista estetico, la 303 assomiglia tantissimo alla 202, bolt action cavallo di battaglia della ditta tedesca. Di diverso c’è solo l’astina, che nella 303 ha un raffinato tulip finale. Tutto il resto è davvero simile, se non uguale, il che è cosa buona e giusta, visto che la S202 è considerata una delle più belle armi rigata di serie in commercio. La calciatura è in legno di noce di buona qualità (anche questo mutuato dalla 202) con belle venature anche nel modello standard. Il calciolo è spesso e piuttosto morbido, come si conviene a un’arma camerata anche in calibri potenti.
