Barnes kombiniert dabei die eigenen Ladestandards mit dem 9,7 g / 150 gr schweren Sierra Tipped GameKing (TGK) und verbindet eine hohe ballistische Effizienz mit einer auf zuverlässige Expansion und Penetration ausgelegten Geschosskonstruktion.Das verwendete Sierra Tipped GameKing besitzt einen Bleikern, einen widerstandsfähigen Mantel und eine Polymerspitze. Unter der Spitze befindet sich ein Hohlraum, der beim Auftreffen die Expansion des Geschosses einleitet. Eine abgestimmte Mantelstärke unterstützt dabei kontrolliertes Aufpilzen und Gewichtserhalt. Das Boat-Tail-Heck und die strömungsgünstig ausgeformte Ogive tragen zu einer stabilen Flugbahn und einem hohen ballistischen Koeffizienten bei.Für das 150-gr-Tipped-GameKing gibt Barnes einen ballistischen Koeffizienten von G1 0,545 und G7 0,266 an.
