The Roedale Titan 3D Ti48M is a specially designed Non-Overbarrel / On-Barrel silencer from the Titan 3D series. It is aimed at users where no overhang behind the muzzle is possible, such as short barrels, tracking configurations, or operations with open sights. Manufactured using high-precision 3D printing from Ti-6Al-4V ELI (Grade 23), the Ti48M enables complex internal structures that minimize flow losses, save weight, and absorb loads in a targeted manner. Additive manufacturing ensures a design that maximizes both damping performance and compactness.
Titanium offers an excellent ratio of strength to weight, high corrosion resistance, and thermal stability. These properties ensure that the Ti48M operates reliably even under changing and extreme environmental conditions.
As a Medium-Pressure suppressor, the Ti48M reduces back pressure and gas development behind the closure, an advantage especially for semi-automatic weapons. For best results and to tune it to the respective weapon system, we still recommend an adjustable gas block or factory or weapon-specific gas optimization.

Für beste Ergebnisse und zur Abstimmung auf das jeweilige Waffensystem empfehlen wir dennoch eine einstellbare Gasabnahme bzw. werkseitige bzw. waffenseitige Gasoptimierung.
