InterLock®
InterLock offers a classic option for hunting medium to large game. With a good balance of shock and penetration, InterLock® sets the standard by which all hunting bullets are measured. InterLock bullets feature exposed lead tips for controlled expansion and an InterLock ring that holds the core and jacket together for good penetration. Most have our secant ogive design for superior ballistic efficiency.
INTERNAL EXPANSION CANNELURES
Strategically placed to weaken the upper part of the bullet jacket so that the bullet expands quickly and reliably even at longer distances.
MONOLITHIC BULLET CORE
Does not separate, as is common with dual-core constructions. The InterLock ring ensures a secure connection between the jacket and core for rapid expansion, good penetration, and ethical performance.
INTERLOCK® RING
Mechanically connects the alloy bullet core and the bullet jacket for controlled expansion and thus higher retained weight for good penetration.
CRIMPING GROOVE
Ensures a secure bullet fit and, together with the InterLock ring, helps limit bullet expansion upon impact.
