The classic and simple Capuchadou is considered the ancestor of today's Laguiole knife. The knife manufacturer Fontenille Pataud offers a selection of classic French pocket knives with the CAPUCHADOU 1er LAGUIOLE series. The curved knife shape, shepherd's cross, a decorated back spring, and the typical bee also characterize this series. Neatly crafted and fitted handle scales made of olive wood create a decorative visual accent. The blade and bolsters are matte and made of stainless Swedish steel 12C27.

Die geschwungene Messerform, Schäferkreuz, eine verzierte Rückenfeder sowie die typische Biene zeichnen auch diese Serie aus. Sauber verarbeitete und eingepasste Griffschalen aus Olivenholz bilden einen dekorativen, optischen Akzent. Klinge und Backen sind mattiert und aus rostfreiem Schwedenstahl 12C27 gefertigt.
