Save yourself work and time when loading handgun ammunition with the same precision!
With the Lyman powder fill and expand die, you can expand the case for bullet seating while simultaneously measuring the powder using an RCBS Uniflow or the Lyman powder measure.
The Lyman powder fill and expand die fits into any single station press and is screwed in like a normal die set. Through interchangeable bushings, the case is expanded, and in the same operation, the powder flows through an opening in the expander pin into the case. The case is not only flared at the mouth but a significantly larger cylindrical funnel is formed. This allows the bullet to slide further into the case and self-align. Misalignment of the bullet during seating is no longer possible, and the produced ammunition has greater roundness accuracy.

Ersparen Sie sich beim Laden von Faustfeuerwaffenmunition Arbeit und Zeit bei gleicher Präzision!
Durch die Lyman Pulverfüll- und Aufweitematrize können Sie die Hülse zum Geschosssetzen aufweiten und gleichzeitig das Pulver über ein RCBS-Uniflow oder den Lyman-Pulverfüller abmessen.
Die Lyman-Pulverfüll- und Aufweitematrize passt in jede Einstationenpresse und wird wie ein normaler Matrizensatz eingeschraubt. Durch austauschbare Buchsen wird die Hülse aufgeweitet und im gleichen Arbeitsgang fließt das Pulver durch eine Öffnung im Aufweitedorn in die Hülse. Die Hülse wird nicht nur am Hülsenmund trichterförmig aufgeweitet, sondern es wird ein wesentlich größerer zylindrischer Trichter geformt. Dadurch rutscht das Geschoss weiter in die Hülse hinein und richtet sich dabei selbst gerade aus. Ein Verkanten des Geschosses beim Setzen ist nicht mehr möglich und die gefertigte Munition hat eine größere Rundlaufgenauigkeit.
