Designed as a precision rifle for long-range shooting, the X-Bolt MAX Varmint is equally suitable for sporting challenges as well as hunting. It combines safety and precision in an extremely ergonomic design. The long semi-weight barrel with muzzle thread M18x1 and the innovative, top-opening MAX stock allow for accurate shots at long distances.
Optimized stock with additional features
The newly developed MAX stock made of high-strength composite material is not only extremely durable but also sets standards in terms of ergonomics. The advanced stock shape, which is based on the development of a hole stock – with a steep pistol grip and height-adjustable comb – supports intuitive handling and enables the shooter to hit more precisely. Additionally, a Picatinny rail is mounted on the fore-end to attach, for example, a bipod or other accessories.
High precision
The barrel of the X-Bolt is double-bedded: This means that the unit of barrel and receiver is connected to the system at two points without tolerance. This bedding allows the barrel to oscillate freely and shoot with high precision. The heavy semi-weight barrel with a length of 61 cm and a muzzle thread M18x1 also impresses with its high inherent precision. The Super Feather Trigger™ trigger system guarantees a perfect trigger feel. The non-distorting trigger is extremely crisp with a resistance of 1,200 g and allows for accurate, precise shots at all distances.
Maximum safety & comfortable handling
The 2-position safety on the stock neck is intuitive and easy to operate. The safety affects both the trigger and firing pin and is significantly superior to a simple trigger safety. In the cocked state, a signal pin on the lock indicates the loading status of the weapon. Another safety feature: The release button on the bolt allows for opening and unloading the weapon in a safe position.
Quick reloading & easy magazine change
The extra-large, drop-shaped chamber handle allows for quick cycling and easy reloading of the weapon. To change the magazine, simply pull a lever on the magazine back, allowing it to be removed effortlessly with one hand. The drum magazines made of high-strength plastic have a capacity of 4+1 rounds, and in caliber .223 Rem even 5+1 rounds.
Inflex technology
The extremely flexible Inflex stock cap absorbs the recoil of the weapon maximally. The technical design and the very elastic material ensure that the force of the recoil is directed downwards and not upwards towards the face. The shooter can control the shot better as the muzzle rise is significantly reduced.
Included in the delivery: 1 spacer to extend the stock by 17 mm, cable lock against unauthorized access, Picatinny rail on the fore-end.

Diese Laufbettung bewirkt, dass der Lauf maximal frei schwingen kann und hoch präzise schießt. Der schwere Semi-Weight-Lauf mit einer Lauflänge von 61 cm und einem Mündungsgewinde M18x1 begeistert auch durch seine hohe Eigenpräzision. Das Super Feather Trigger™-Abzugssystem garantiert ein perfektes Abzugsgefühl. Der verzugsfreie Abzug steht extrem trocken mit einem Widerstand von 1.200 g und erlaubt exakte, präzise Schüsse auf alle Distanzen.
Maximale Sicherheit & bequeme Handhabung
Die 2-Stellungs-Sicherung auf dem Kolbenhals ist intuitiv und bequem zu bedienen. Die Sicherung wirkt auf Abzug und Schlagbolzen gleichermaßen und ist einer einfachen Abzugssicherung deutlich überlegen. Im gespannten Zustand zeigt ein Signalstift am Schloss den Ladezustand der Waffe an. Ein weiteres Plus an Sicherheit: Der Freigabeknopf am Verschluss ermöglicht das Öffnen und Entladen der Waffe in gesicherter Position.
Schnelles Nachladen & einfacher Magazinwechsel
Der extragroße, tropfenförmige Kammergriff ermöglicht ein schnelles Repetieren und leichtes Nachladen der Waffe. Für den Magazinwechsel wird lediglich ein Hebel am Magazin nach hinten gezogen, sodass es problemlos mit einer Hand entnommen werden kann. Die Trommelmagazine aus hochfestem Kunststoff haben eine Kapazität von 4+1 Schuss, im Kaliber .223 Rem sogar 5+1 Schuss.
Inflex-Technologie
Die extrem flexible Inflex-Schaftkappe absorbiert den Rückstoß der Waffe maximal. Der technische Aufbau und das sehr elastische Material bewirken, dass die Wucht des Rückstoßes nach unten und nicht nach oben in die Nähe des Gesichts abgeleitet wird. Der Schütze kann den Schuss besser kontrollieren, da das Hochschlagen der Waffe verringert sich deutlich.
Im Lieferumfang enthalten: 1 Zwischenlage zur Verlängerung des Schaftes um 17 mm, Kabelschloss gegen unbefugten Zugriff, Picatinny-Schiene am Vorderschaft.
