The Stock
The hole stock of this R8 Success Silence is made of wood from stock class 7. Its excellent design with the thumb hole and pistol grip ensures comfortable positioning, aiming, and shooting in every shooting position. The shooting hand remains completely relaxed. The genuine leather inserts in Cocoa color on the grip surfaces feel pleasant in the hands. The rubber butt plate noticeably reduces recoil. The forend is designed for a barrel with an integral silencer, and its end is made of black ebony.
The System
The manual cocking system of the R8 Success Silence guarantees maximum safety through the relaxation of the firing pin spring. Cocking occurs only immediately before the shot by pushing the cocking slider forward. The quickly reloadable straight-pull repeating system is made of Dural, and the system housing in a matte black finish is adorned with an R8 inscription. The dry-standing direct trigger has a trigger weight of 750 g.

Der Lochschaft dieser R8 Success Silence ist aus Holz in der Schaftholzklasse 7 gefertigt. Seine ausgezeichnete Gestaltung mit dem Daumenloch und dem Pistolengriff gewährleistet bei jeder Anschlagart ein komfortables Anlegen, Visieren und Schießen. Die Schießhand bleibt vollkommen entspannt. Die Echtleder-Einlagen in Cocoa-Farbe an den Griffflächen liegen haptisch angenehm in den Händen. Die Schaftkappe aus Gummi mindert den Rückstoß spürbar. Der Vorderschaft ist für einen Lauf mit Integralschalldämpfer ausgelegt, sein Abschluss ist aus schwarzem Ebenholz.
Das System
Das Handspannsystem der R8 Success Silence garantiert höchste Sicherheit mittels Entspannung der Schlagfeder. Die Spannung erfolgt erst unmittelbar vor dem Schuss durch das Vorschieben des Spannschiebers. Das schnell nachladbare Geradezug-Repetiersystem ist aus Dural gefertigt, der Systemkasten in mattschwarzem Finish ist mit einem R8 Schriftzug versehen. Der trockenstehende Direktabzug hat ein Abzugsgewicht von 750 g.
