The B2 2.5-15x56 IC riflescope is specifically designed for use with attachment technology. Each model in the series has passed the recoil tests with flying colors.
With a total length that is up to four centimeters shorter than comparable riflescopes, the Blaser B2 riflescopes are extremely compact. In hunting, this short design ensures that the attachment device can be comfortably operated in the shooting position and that the center of gravity of the weapon is not unnecessarily shifted forward. Another advantage of the short length is the short travel distances of the movable lenses of the zoom system, resulting in better mechanical precision and a more stable point of impact when changing magnification. At the same time, the mechanical robustness compensates for the additional stress on the riflescope when shooting with an attachment device.
In combination with the easy-to-mount, absolutely repeatable attachment mounts and the corresponding attachment optics, the Blaser B2 riflescopes become true night hunting specialists.
The riflescope and attachment device can be quickly and easily connected with just a few hand movements – with absolute repeatability. Both optics thus become a precise unit.
IC (Illumination Control)
In conjunction with the Blaser B2 ocular flip cover with iC function, the Blaser B2 riflescopes offer the brilliant possibility of transferring the automatic activation of the reticle (Illumination Control) to all types and brands of firearms.
iC Illumination Control - Focus on the essentials
If the Blaser R8 repeating rifle is equipped with an iC cocking slider, the reticle of all Blaser riflescope models is automatically activated when the cocking slider is pushed into the ready-to-fire position (older Blaser R8 models can be easily retrofitted with the iC cocking slider).
A sensor in the riflescope detects the position of the cocking slider and automatically controls the switching on and off of the reticle. To prepare for the shot, only a single hand movement is required: disengaging (cocking the lock) the weapon. The intensity of the reticle always corresponds to the last set strength. Its adjustment is conveniently made using the adjustment wheel located on the right side of the riflescope.
Thanks to this perfect interplay between rifle and riflescope, one gains time and thus the necessary calm for a safe shot. When using Blaser riflescopes on rifles without an iC cocking slider, the reticle is activated manually by pulling out the adjustment wheel on the right side.
To achieve the longest possible battery life, the reticle automatically switches off as soon as the weapon is placed in a very steep to vertical or sideways position. When the weapon is taken back into the shooting position, the reticle is activated automatically.

Das Zielfernrohr B2 2,5-15x56 IC ist speziell für die Verwendung mit Vorsatztechnik entwickelt worden. Jedes Modell der Serie hat die Schußfestigkeitstests mit Bravour bestanden.
Mit einer gegenüber vergleichbaren Zielfernrohren um bis zu vier Zentimeter geringeren Gesamtlänge sind die Blaser B2 Zielfernrohre äußerst kompakt. Auf der Jagd sorgt diese Kurzbauweise dafür, dass das Vorsatzgerät im Anschlag komfortabel bedienbar ist und der Schwerpunkt der Waffe nicht unnötig nach vorne verlagert wird. Ein weiterer Vorteil der geringen Baulänge sind die kurzen Verschiebewege der beweglichen Linsen des Zoomsystems und dadurch eine bessere mechanische Präzision sowie stabilere Treffpunktlage beim Wechsel der Vergrößerung. Gleichzeitig kompensiert die mechanische Robustheit die zusätzliche Belastung des Zielfernrohrs beim Schuss mit Vorsatzgerät.
In Kombination mit den einfach zu montierenden, absolut wiederholgenauen Vorsatzmontagen und der entsprechenden Vorsatzoptik werden die Blaser B2 Zielfernrohre zu wahren Nachtjagd-Spezialisten.
Zielfernrohr und Vorsatzgerät lassen sich mit wenigen Handgriffen schnell und einfach verbinden – bei absoluter Wiederholgenauigkeit. Beide Optiken werden damit zur präzisen Einheit.
IC (Illumination Control)
In Verbindung mit dem Blaser B2 Okular Flip Cover mit iC-Funktion, bieten die Blaser B2 Zielfernrohre die geniale Möglichkeit, die automatische Aktivierung des Leuchtpunktes (Illumination Control) auf alle Waffentypen und -fabrikate zu übertragen.
iC Illumination Control - Konzentration aufs Wesentliche
Ist die Blaser Repetierbüchse R8 mit iC Spannschieber ausgestattet, wird beim Vorschieben des Spannschiebers in feuerbereite Position der Leuchtpunkt aller Blaser Zielfernrohrmodelle selbsttätig aktiviert (ältere Blaser R8-Modelle können problemlos mit iC Spannschieber nachgerüstet werden).
Ein Sensor im Zielfernrohr erkennt die Position des Spannschiebers und sorgt damit automatisch für das Ein- und Ausschalten des Leuchtpunktes. Zur Vorbereitung auf den Schuss genügt also ein einziger
Handgriff: Das Entsichern (Spannen des Schlosses) der Waffe. Die Intensität des Leuchtpunktes entspricht dabei immer der zuletzt eingestellten Stärke. Deren Einstellung erfolgt bequem durch das rechts am Zielfernrohr angebrachte Justierrad.
Dank dieses perfekten Zusammenspiels von Büchse und Zielfernrohr gewinnt man Zeit und somit die nötige Ruhe für den sicheren Schuss. Bei Verwendung von Blaser Zielfernrohren auf Büchsen ohne iC Spannschieber wird der Leuchtpunkt manuell durch Herausziehen des rechts liegenden Justierrades aktiviert.
Um eine möglichst lange Batterie-Lebensdauer zu erreichen, schaltet sich der Leuchtpunkt selbsttätig aus, sobald die Waffe in eine sehr steile bis senkrechte oder in eine auf der Seite liegende Position
gebracht wird. Wird die Waffe wieder in Anschlag genommen, aktiviert sih der Leuchtpunkt automatisch.
