Controlled mushrooming through increasing jacket wall thickness towards the rear and internal longitudinal grooves. The V-shaped, closed bridge prevents disintegration, while the hard rear core usually ensures exit wounds. High shock effect and preservation of game meat are the result.
CDP – Controlled Deformation Process
Optimal shock effect and penetration power, high retained bullet weight – these attributes are the result of the controlled rolling behavior of the CDP projectile. Despite the relatively low bullet weight, the desired exit wound is generally achieved. The game meat is preserved as much as possible. Regardless of speed and target resistance, the bullet symmetrically rolls outwards in four directions upon impact, reaching 2.5 times its original diameter. This effect was achieved through precise calculation of the individual bullet components and their behavior upon firing.
A user test with several hundred shots showed:
in 78% of the shots, no or only very short escape distances under 20 meters.
in 94% of the shots, very low game meat degradation.

Optimale Schockwirkung und Durchschlagskraft, hohes Geschossrestgewicht – diese Attribute sind das Ergebnis des kontrollierten Aufrollverhaltens des CDP-Projektils. Trotz des relativ geringen Geschossgewichts ergibt sich in aller Regel der begehrte Ausschuss. Das Wildbret wird dabei bestmöglich geschont. Unabhängig von Geschwindigkeit und Zielwiderstand rollt sich das Geschoss beim Auftreffen symmetrisch nach vier Seiten auf und nimmt dabei das 2,5-fache seines Ursprungsdurchmessers an. Erreicht wurde diese Wirkung durch die präzise Berechnung der einzelnen Geschoss-Komponenten und ihres Verhaltens beim Schuss.
Ein Anwendertest mit mehreren 100 Abschüssen ergab:
bei 78% der Abschüsse keine oder nur sehr kurze Fluchtstrecken unter 20 Metern.
bei 94% der Abschüsse sehr geringe Wildbretentwertung
