The well-known Blaser CDC bullet (Controlled Deformation Copper) combines the most important characteristics, such as best precision and reliable killing effect, in an optimal way. The CDC bullet is specifically tuned for lighter to medium game and thus meets the exact needs of hunters in Central Europe. In the Blaser CDC bullet, the mass is only slightly reduced compared to other "lead-free" bullets. This ensures the outstanding deformation properties of the CDC bullet over a very wide range of distances and speeds.
Due to the higher bullet weights, CDC bullets achieve a maximum length, which ensures high directional stability even in the game body.
The front part of the CDC bullet responds very quickly upon impact thanks to its special design with expansion cavity and concealed hollow point. Four even petals form on the bullet in the game body, without the occurrence of game-diminishing fragment formation.
