This gun room door is tested and certified according to EN1143-1 in resistance class 1, which is confirmed by the usual plaque and an additional conformity certificate from the certification institute TresorTest in Prague. We regularly sell these doors, about 120 pieces/year, and they are accepted nationwide by all gun authorities (yes, even in Olpe!!) as well as all property insurers.
This door was manufactured as a DEMONSTRATION DOOR for a modification, meaning it was only at the certification institute, received approval for the desired modification, and may therefore be delivered with the plaque. The modification concerned the emergency opening system from the inside described below. Here are further details about this door:
The door has an outer frame dimension of 2200x1240x100mm. The frame profiles are 100x100mm on the left, right, and top, and the bottom profile is flat, 100x10mm. Since a bolt locks downwards, it pushes through the bottom profile, so a pocket must be worked into your floor at this point to provide the bolt with the necessary space to extend.
This results in a door passage dimension of H 2090mm and B 940mm. The wall opening must therefore be H 2100mm and B 1040mm.
The door is hinged on the right side when viewed from the outside and opens into the room.
The installation of the door frame is done from the outside, the frame is placed against the wall on the corridor side. On the wall side of the frame, there are 3 threaded bushings on the left and right. The position of the threaded bushings is marked by screw tips, then the wall is completely drilled through. Threaded rods are then screwed into the threaded bushings, passed through the wall, and bolted on the room side with washers and nuts. Very simple system, not a big deal, you just have to align the door cleanly in plumb and level.
Locking system: An electronic combination lock is installed, operated from the outside, with an emergency opening using a double-bit lock from the outside. Additionally, this door has a bolt mechanism operating handle on the inside and another emergency opening, this time from the inside, using a double-bit lock. You can also lock yourself in the room by closing the bolt mechanism after entering, which forces the electronic lock to engage and secures the door. To exit the room, you now unlock the emergency opening lock from the inside with the key, which releases the bolt mechanism and allows the bolts to be unlocked. Again, a very simple logical system.
The door is painted in the color tone black-gray RAL 7021 and has an estimated weight of about 230 kg.
The stated price includes transportation costs per piece / bulky goods free curbside in Germany (mainland and islands accessible by truck via roads).

Image 1 shows a door in the color that also corresponds to the offer. The door shown is also mounted in front of the wall from the outside and screwed through the wall, which is barely recognizable in Image 2, the same door, seen from the room side. The door stop on the right also corresponds to the offered door, as does the hardware situation with the latch handle and keypad for the electronic lock. However, the door shown does not have the emergency opening from the outside, has a flat bottom profile, and has a flattened frame at the top, while the offered door has the upper frame in the same dimensions as the frame side profiles.
Image 2 shows the door from the inside as described, with the installations recognizable. The deviations from the offer are that the door shown opens outward (into the hallway) and there is no input unit for the electronic lock on the inside of the offered door.
Image 3 shows the execution with latch handle and emergency opening lock from the inside. This photo is of the offered door, here the flat bottom profile is also recognizable (the image was only retouched regarding the threaded bushings, which have been removed for general image use).

wir haben heute ein Superschnäppchen für Euch!
Diese Waffenraumtür ist geprüft und zertifiziert nach EN1143-1 in der Widerstandsklasse 1, was durch die übliche Plakette und ein zusätzliches Konformitätszertifikat des Zertifizierungsinstituts TresorTest in Prag bescheinigt wird. Wir verkaufen diese Türen regelmäßig, ca. 120 Stück/Jahr, sie werden deutschlandweit von allen Waffenbehörden (ja, sogar in Olpe!!) sowie allen Sachversicherern akzeptiert.
Diese Tür wurde als VORFÜHRTÜR für eine Änderung gefertigt, war also lediglich beim Zertifizierungsinstitut, hat die gewünschte Änderung genehmigt bekommen und darf daher auch mit der Plakette ausgeliefert werden. Die Änderung betraf das nachstehende Notöffnungssystem von der Innenseite. Hier nun weitere Details zu dieser Tür:
Die Tür hat ein Rahmenaußenmaß von 2200x1240x100mm. Die Rahmenprofile sind links rechts und oben 100x100mm, das Fußprofil ist flach, 100x10mm. Da ein Riegelbolzen nach unten verriegelt, schiebt sich dieser durch das Fußprofil hindurch, daher muss vor Ort in Ihrem Fußboden an dieser Stelle eine Tasche eingearbeitet werden, um dem Bolzen den benötigten Platz zum Ausfahren zu gewähren.
Daraus ergibt sich ein Türdurchgangsmaß von H 2090mm und B 940mm. Der Mauerdurchlass muss dafür H 2100mm und B 1040mm betragen
Die Tür ist, von außen gesehen, auf der rechten Seite angeschlagen und öffnet in den Raum hinein.
Die Montage des Türrahmens erfolgt von außen, der Rahmen wird auf die gangseitige Wand aufgesetzt. Auf der Wandseite des Rahmens sind links und rechts je 3 Gewindebuchsen eingearbeitet. Die Lage der Gewindebuchsen wird durch Einschraubspitzen markiert, dann wird die Wand vollständig durchbohrt. In die Gewindebuchsen werden dann Gewindestangen eingeschraubt, durch die Wand durchgesteckt und auf der Raumseite mit U-Scheiben und Muttern verschraubt. Sehr einfaches System, keine große Nummer, man muss eben nur die Tür sauber in Lot und Waage ausrichten.
Schließanlage: Verbaut ist ein elektronisches Zahlenschloß, Betätigung von außen, mit einer Notöffnung mittels eines Doppelkbartschlosses von außen. Zudem verfügt diese Tür auf der Innenseite über einen Riegelwerkbetätigungsgriff und eine weitere Notöffnung, diesmal von der Innenseite, mittels eines Doppelbartschlosses. Sie können sich also auch in den Raum einschließen, indem Sie nach Betreten das Riegelwerk verschließen, wodurch das Elektronikschloß sich zwangsweise verriegelt und die Tür gesichert ist. Um aus dem Raum wieder hinauszukommen, schließen Sie nun von innen mit dem Schlüssel das Notöffnungsschloß auf, wodurch das Riegelwerk freigegeben wird und sich die Bolzen entriegeln lassen. Auch hier wieder, sehr einfaches logisches System.
Die Tür ist lackiert im Farbton schwarzgrau RAL 7021 und hat ein geschätztes Gewicht von ca. 230 kg.
Im ausgewiesenen Preis sind die Transportkosten per Stückgut / Sperrgut frei Bordsteinkante in Deutschland (Festland und mit dem LKW über Straßen erreichbare Inseln) enthalten.

Zu den Bildern: diese sind NICHT von dem angebotenen Artikel, weshalb wir sie hier kommentieren:
Bild 1 zeigt eine Tür in der Farbe, die auch dem Angebot entspricht. Die gezeigte Tür ist zudem ebenfalls von außen vor die Wand gesetzt und durch die Wand hindurch verschraubt worden, dies ist in Bild 2, dieselbe Tür, nur von der Raumseite gesehen, am Rande erkennbar. Der Türanschlag rechts entspricht ebenfaslls der angebotenen Tür, wie auch die Beschlagsituation mit Riegelwerksgriff und Tastatur für das Elektronikschloß. Die gezeigte Tür verfügt allerdings nicht über die Notöffnung von außen, das flache Bodenprofil und hat oben einen abgeflachten Rahmen, bei der angebotenen Tür ist der obere Rahmen in derselben Dimensionierung wie die Rahmenseitenprofile.
Bild 2 zeigt wie vorbeschrieben die Tür von innen, erkennbar die Montagen. Die Abweichungen zum Angebot sind, dass die gezeigte Tür nach außen (in den Gang) hin öffnet und bei der angebotenen Tür ist innen keine Eingabeeinheit für das Elektronikschloß vorhanden.
Bild 3 zeigt diesbezüglich die Ausführung mit Riegelwerksgriff und Notöffnungsschloß von der Innenseite. Dieses Foto ist von der angebotenen Tür, hier auch das flache Bodenprofil erkennbar (das Bild wurde lediglich bezüglich der Gewindebuchsen retouchiert, diese sind für allgemeine Bildverwendung entfernt worden).
