Il coltello regionale Gobbo abruzzese è realizzato con pregiato corno di bue, la lama lunga 9 cm è ha forma di foglia di olivo, è molto appuntita e presenta una pianella su gran parte della lama. Il manico senza nessuna guarnizione è ricavato da un unico pezzo di corno tagliato a metà dove vi alloggiano lama e molla.
IL COLTELLO D’ABRUZZO
Il coltello regionale Gobbo Abruzzese, originario di Loreto Aprutino un paese dell’ Abruzzo, è un coltello povero usato prevalentemente da pastori, slanciato ed essenziale prende appunto il nome dalla sua “piega” o curvatura del manico.
