The Fox Bullets Classic Hunter bullets in caliber .264 / 6.5 mm have a bullet weight of 9.0 g / 139 gr. These are lead-free hunting bullets with a thermally stable plastic tip, made from tombak or the copper-zinc alloy CuZn10. The package contains 50 bullets for reloading. Fox Bullets machines the bullets from solid bar material, allowing diameter, shape, and weight distribution to be manufactured very uniformly. The relief grooves reduce the contact area between bullet and barrel. Deformation in the Classic Hunter design is controlled by the geometry of the bullet tip; the thermally stable plastic tip supports external and terminal ballistics according to the manufacturer.
