If a G-Code holster is not supposed to be firmly threaded through the belt, not every paddle is the same solution.
The official GCA11 large belt paddle is the holster-specific paddle base for current standard OSH and XST G-Code holsters: according to the manufacturer multi-positional, ambidextrous, and with a .75-inch hole pattern. This exact hole pattern distinguishes it from the G-Code paddles for magazine carriers and makes the model number more important than the color.
official GCA11 for current standard OSH and XST G-Code holsters
multi-positional, ambidextrous, and .75-inch hole pattern according to the manufacturer
clear distinction from the GCA05 Mag-Carrier Paddle with 1.5-inch hole pattern
honest boundary: no RTI interface and no universal paddle for magazine carriers
What this paddle really is in the system
The first buying question is: are you buying a holster, an interchangeable interface, or just the carrying base on the belt? With the GCA11, the answer is clear. It is the paddle level between compatible holster and belt, not the holster itself and not the RTI system.
The real interface chain is therefore: current standard OSH or XST G-Code holster - GCA11 Large Paddle - belt - specific carrying application. If the holster or the hole pattern is already wrong, neither the right color nor a similar G-Code name will help.
GCA11 is not GCA05 and not RTI
The most common misconception arises when looking at other G-Code paddles. The official GCA05 Large Paddle is also multi-positional and ambidextrous according to the manufacturer, but works with a 1.5-inch hole pattern for Double Pistol Magazine Carriers and all G-Code Rifle Mag Carriers. The same manufacturer page explicitly states that this hole pattern is not intended for any G-Code holster and that you should use the GCA11 for that.
RTI is also a different system level. The official RTI paddle is intended for RTI-compatible Kydex G-Code holsters, while the GCA11 remains the direct holster paddle solution without an RTI interchangeable level. If you prefer a fixed belt slide instead of a paddle, the Duty Kydex belt mount is the cleaner alternative.
Important hardware note: The official GCA11 page does not list its own hardware scope. If your holster does not already come with the standard mounting, you should check before purchase whether KIT 01 is additionally required.
Our assessment
The strongest reason to buy is not simply paddle instead of belt slide, but the clean holster specification. GCA11 answers exactly the question of which large paddle is intended for current standard OSH and XST holsters. This turns a general accessory into a concrete fit decision.
The clear boundary is also in the system. If you are looking for a magazine carrier paddle, an RTI interchangeable solution, or a universal belt part, buying GCA11 is too narrow rather than too broad. This exact narrowness is the advantage here, as long as your holster and your setup really fit.
Buy or not buy?
Buy if: your compatible current standard OSH or XST holster is fixed, you are looking for an official holster-specific paddle with a .75-inch hole pattern, and you do not need an RTI interchangeable level.
Do not buy if: you actually want a fixed
Belt-Slide, an RTI system or a paddle for magazine holders you’re looking for, or it’s not yet clear which holster should fit the mount.
Trainer Tip
First confirm the holster family, then buy the mount: With G-Code, the model family decides the right mount. If you don’t clearly distinguish between the current Standard OSH/XST, RTI holster, and Mag Carrier before buying, you often end up with the wrong paddle in the cart, even though color and basic shape seem to fit at first glance.
Two more practical tips
Read the hole pattern first, then the color: For the GCA11, the .75-inch hole pattern is the technical core. The GCA05 for magazine holders looks like a large paddle but, according to the manufacturer, works with a 1.5-inch hole pattern and is not intended for G-Code holsters.
Only choose paddle if you really want to carry paddle: If the holster is to stay permanently on the same belt, a fixed belt-slide is often clearer. If you want the RTI quick-change system for compatible holsters, the RTI paddle is the more honest choice than later converting the GCA11.
Target group and clear non-target group
Suitable for: Users with current Standard OSH or XST holsters who want an official paddle solution for belt carry and want to build their setup without RTI.
Not suitable for: Magazine carrier setups with 1.5-inch hole pattern, RTI users, buyers without a matching holster, and users who prefer a fixed belt-slide instead of paddle.
System logic and suitable alternatives
The system question also decides the right links. Those who want a fixed holster base on the belt instead of paddle go to the G-Code Duty Kydex Belt Mount. Those who want the same carry idea with RTI quick-change system go to the G-Code RTI Paddle. And if RTI plus belt-slide instead of paddle is desired, the G-Code RTI Duty Kydex Mount fits better logically.
Suitable alternatives by real function:
G-Code Duty Kydex Belt Mount – better if the holster should be worn fixed as a belt-slide instead of paddle.
G-Code RTI Paddle – better if your holster is RTI-compatible and you want to consciously use the quick-change system.
G-Code RTI Duty Kydex Mount – better if you want RTI but prefer the belt-slide logic instead of paddle.

Additionally required is a suitable current Standard OSH or XST G-Code holster and a belt for actual use. If your holster is not yet equipped with the standard mount, KIT 01 is the official screw and T-nut set for paddle or belt-slide mounting on OSH and OSL holsters.
Do not buy expecting to get an RTI paddle or a magazine holder paddle here. For that, G-Code offers its own products with their own hole pattern and system logic.
FAQ
Does the GCA11 fit every G-Code holster? No. The official GCA11 page states it is for current Standard OSH and XST G-Code holsters. This holster question should be clarified before purchase.
Is this the same large paddle as the GCA05? No. According to the manufacturer, the GCA05 uses a 1.5-inch hole pattern for Double Pistol Magazine Carrier and all G-Code Rifle Mag Carriers. The same page explicitly says this paddle is not intended for G-Code holsters and you should use the GCA11 for that.
Is RTI available with this pad
Already included? No. The official RTI paddle is a separate product for RTI-compatible Kydex G-Code holsters. The GCA11 remains the direct holster paddle solution without RTI quick-change platform.
Do I need additional hardware? The official GCA11 page does not list any hardware included. If your holster does not already come with the standard attachment, you should check before purchase whether KIT 01 is additionally required.
When is the duty Kydex belt attachment the better choice? If you want to wear your compatible holster firmly as a belt slide instead of a paddle. Then the direct belt attachment answers the carry question more honestly than a paddle.
When is the RTI paddle the better choice? If your holster is RTI-compatible and you want to consciously use the RTI quick-change platform. Then the RTI paddle is the clean alternative to the direct GCA11 system.

G-Code GCA11 · Large Paddle for Holsters

Nein. Nein. GCA11 ist eine direkte Paddle-Lösung ohne RTI-Wechselebene.
