The adapter plate is the designated connection piece between a compatible Unity FAST base and your MRDS. It does not replace a complete mount.
Does it fit your setup?
Good fit If you already use a compatible Unity FAST MRDS/offset base and need the right footprint for 509T, ACRO, Aimpoint, EFLX/DeltaPoint, RMR, or RMSc/Holosun.
Probably not a fit If you expect a complete Picatinny mount or haven't clearly identified your optic's footprint yet.
Choose the right variant and avoid buying the wrong one
509T For the Holosun 509T footprint. Not generally compatible with other Holosun models.
ACRO For the Aimpoint ACRO footprint.
EFLX / DeltaPoint For EOTech EFLX / Leupold DeltaPoint Pro, as specified by the variant name.
RMR / RMSc / Aimpoint Separate variants – micro red dots that look alike can have completely different mechanical interfaces.

The adapter plate is not a universal adapter. Check your optic model and its actual footprint before ordering. The wrong screw length or plate can result in a poor fit, damaged threads, or an unreliable point of impact. Is this a complete red dot mount? No. The plate connects a specific optic footprint to a compatible Unity FAST base. Does every Holosun fit the 509T variant? No. The 509T footprint is what matters. Other Holosun models may use different interfaces. Why is screw length important? Screws that are too long can damage components, while screws that are too short won’t hold securely enough. Always follow the optic and mount specifications.
