Der Q-WORKS X Pro ist ein Dauerlast-Schalldämpfer für halbautomatische Plattformen, bei denen maximale Stabilität, Rückstoßkontrolle und ein optimiertes Gasverhalten gefordert sind. Sein hocheffizientes Gasflussmanagement ist auf sehr geringen Rückstoß und hohe Stabilität im dynamischen Einsatz ausgelegt.
Der X Pro ist in zwei Materialvarianten erhältlich. Die Ausführung aus Titan Grade 5 verbindet hohe Belastbarkeit mit einem vergleichsweise geringen Gewicht von 280 g. Für Anwendungen unter höchster thermomechanischer Belastung bietet Q-WORKS den X Pro zusätzlich aus Haynes® 282 an. Diese Nickel-Superlegierung behält ihre Festigkeit auch unter extrem hoher thermischer und mechanischer Belastung.
Beide Varianten werden mittels Q-WORKS Sintertechnologie gefertigt. Der X Pro besitzt eine Länge von 130 mm und einen Durchmesser von 46 mm. Die Schalldämpfung gibt der Hersteller mit 25 dB an.
Die Titan-Ausführung entspricht der Q-WORKS Lastklasse II. Die Haynes®-282-Ausführung erreicht Lastklasse III für extreme thermomechanische Belastungen. Laut Q-WORKS wurde die Konstruktion in SOCOM-inspirierten Tests validiert.
Der X Pro ist auf das Q-WORKS Quick-Detach-System mit Mündungsbremse und wiederholbarer Ausrichtung ausgelegt. Zusätzlich ist er mit der Q-WORKS Direktmontage kompatibel.
