Material: special steel - glass bead blasted, matte anti-reflective bluing Special features AICS folding stock: The aluminum chassis, which runs the entire length of the stock, gives the Remington 700 a stable and robust platform to get the maximum precision out of the firearm. The system is connected to the alu chassis with only two screws. The stock, made of "aluminum & polymer," comes with a length- & lateral-adjustable cheek rest as well as an adjustable stock comb. The adjustment is tool-free. Simply loosen the wing screw, adjust as desired, tighten the wing screw again. The special Accuracy-AX design ensures a secure and stable hold in all shooting positions and gives the Remington 700 the perfect "outfit." The length of the chassis is adjustable in length without tools. The stock comb is also adjustable! A removable 5-round magazine is included. There are four ball detent cases for attaching a sling with QR swivels (ball detent sling swivels) on the chassis. The chassis is equipped with a bipod adapter for a Harris or Accuracy bipod. The special feature of this stock: it is the NEWEST AND LAST AICS-AX skeleton folding stock with height-adjustable cheek rest - especially recommended when using scopes with large objective diameters!
