The Schmeisser SPS15 consistently transfers the proven Short-Stroke Piston System into a modern AR platform for the first time. The energy transfer is constructively separated from the bolt area: heat and gas pressure act specifically within the system architecture – the result is a controlled, even process and stable function even under sustained high firing loads. With the compact 10.5" barrel (267 mm) in caliber .223 Rem, the SPS15 is designed for short distances and tactical use, without sacrificing the familiar modularity of the AR platform.

Das Schmeisser SPS15 überträgt das bewährte Short-Stroke Piston System erstmals konsequent in eine moderne AR-Plattform. Die Energieübertragung ist konstruktiv klar vom Verschlussbereich getrennt: Hitze und Gasdruck wirken gezielt innerhalb der Systemarchitektur – das Ergebnis ist ein kontrollierter, gleichmäßiger Ablauf und eine stabile Funktion auch bei anhaltend hoher Schussbelastung. Mit dem kompakten 10,5"-Lauf (267 mm) im Kaliber .223 Rem ist das SPS15 auf kurze Distanzen und den taktischen Einsatz ausgelegt, ohne dabei auf die vertraute Modularität der AR-Plattform zu verzichten.
