As mentioned in the text: The UltraPress One-Way Drink Mix Valve uses four duckbill valves that reliably prevent backflow and thus protect the cartridge. At the same time, operation remains straightforward: The valve can be easily removed, cleaned, and dried, allowing you to maintain it hygienically even with frequent use. The food-safe, BPA-free silicone is dishwasher safe and therefore ideal for regular use.
