The PIXFRA Taurus T435 LRF is designed for areas where distances vary and precise estimation is required. The VOx sensor with 384×288 pixels, 12 µm, and <18 mK NETD delivers clean contrasts, even in humid weather or with minimal temperature differences. Combined with the 35 mm f1.0 lens, the device achieves a detection distance of up to 1800 m and excels at medium distances.
The sub-pixel zeroing with a click value of 0.9 cm at 100 m ensures a stable, reproducible point of impact. The M52×0.75 thread is compatible with common adapters, providing shock resistance up to 6000 Joules for safety in everyday hunting.
A real plus is the integrated laser rangefinder. It measures distances up to 1000 m accurately and remains invisible to wildlife. This is particularly helpful for quick assessments in clearings, field edges, or on more open forest paths.
The field of view of 13.7 × 10.3 m at 100 m is designed for detailed observation. The T435 LRF can be used on target optics up to 10x and displays the image clearly and with high contrast on an OLED display with 1920×1080 pixels. Operation is quiet via the 3-button layout with focus dial or via Bluetooth remote control with a magnetic holder.
The PIPS 2.0 firmware combines improved zoom, noise reduction, and edge sharpening. This is complemented by the AAIC image calibration, which continuously adjusts the image. Six color palettes and hotspot tracking facilitate the quick detection of heat sources.
