Note from Triple K:
MODEL B – Original High Standard model without hammer, which closely resembled the Hartford Arms rifle from the acquired factory.
Available with 4.75 inch or 6.75 inch barrel.
Approximately 65,000 units were produced from 1932 to 1942.

MODEL B-US – Exactly like the model, but with the inscription "Property of US" on the frame.
Approximately 14,000 units were produced from 1942 to 1943.

MODEL HB – Similar to Model B, but with external hammer.
Partially with, partially without safety.
First produced from 1940 to 1942.
Discontinued during the war years and resumed production between 1949 and 1954.
Approximately 25,000 units were produced.

MODEL GB – In 1949, High Standard began producing pistols with interchangeable 4.5 inch or 6.75 inch barrels.
By pressing a lever, the barrel was released for easy exchange.
The GB was the first of these pistols, and about 5,000 units were produced between 1949 and 1950.

MODELL GB – 1949 begann High Standard mit der Produktion von Pistolen mit austauschbaren 4,5Inch oder 6,75Inch Läufen.
Durch Drücken eines Hebels wurde der Lauf zum einfachen Austausch freigegeben.
Die GB war die erste dieser Pistolen, und zwischen 1949 und 1950 wurden etwa 5.000 Stück hergestellt.
