With this variant, NORMA builds on the features of the patented Kalahari bullet. It is a lead-free expanding bullet with high game meat preservation. The new design of the front bullet jacket part, combined with the optimization at the bullet tip, ensures maximum speed and a reduced friction surface. As a result, the new Norma ECOSTRIKE has a flat trajectory and higher target accuracy. With these prerequisites, the new ammunition of the Strike series ensures better stopping and penetration effects at short and longer distances. This is particularly advantageous for larger game, as it ensures a humane bullet effect. Additionally, the ECOSTRIKE meets the legal requirements in many countries for lead-free hunting.

Völlig neues Kupfer/Nickel Geschoss mit Polymerspitze. Aus dem vollen Material gedreht. Boattail-Heck für einen höheren ballistischen Koeffizienten.
Mit dieser Variante baut NORMA auf die Merkmale des patentierten Kalahari-Geschosses auf. Es handelt sich dabei um ein bleifreies Deformationsgeschoss mit hoher Wildbretschonung. Die neue Formgebung des vorderen Geschossmantelteils sorgt in Kombination mit der Optimierung an der Geschossspitze für eine maximale Geschwindigkeit und eine geringere Reibungsfläche. Dadurch erhält das neue Norma ECOSTRIKE eine gestreckte Flugbahn und eine höhere Zielgenauigkeit. Mit diesen Voraussetzungen sichert die neue Munition der Strike-Serie eine bessere Stopp- und Tiefenwirkung auf kurze und längere Entfernungen. Dies ist besonders bei größerem Wild von Vorteil, da so eine waidgerechte Geschosswirkung sichergestellt ist. Zusätzlich erfüllt das ECOSTRIKE die gesetzlichen Auflagen in vielen Ländern für bleifreies Jagen.
